Available stock reports
- Stock Summary — Current quantity and value of all products
- Stock Movement Report — History of all stock in/out for a period
- Low Stock Report — All products at or below reorder level
- Stock Valuation Report — Total inventory value by product
- Branch-wise Stock — Quantities per location (Enterprise plan)
Running a report

Go to Reports → Inventory Reports and select the report type.

Set filters: date range, product category, or specific product.

Click Generate and review the results on screen.

Click Export to download as PDF or Excel.
💡Tip: Run the Stock Valuation Report at month-end and compare it to your balance sheet's inventory asset value. They should match — any difference needs investigation.
