Finova lets you send invoices directly to customers via email or WhatsApp — no downloading or attaching files needed.
Send via Email

Open any finalized invoice from Sales → Invoices.

Click Send Invoice → Email.

Finova pre-fills the customer's email. You can edit the subject line and message body.

Click Send. The customer receives a branded email with a PDF attachment and an online view link.
Send via WhatsApp

Open the invoice and click Send Invoice → WhatsApp.

Finova generates a WhatsApp link with a pre-filled message and invoice PDF link.

Click Open WhatsApp — it opens on your phone or WhatsApp Web with the message ready to send.
💡Tip: Customize your email template from Settings → Invoice Email Template to include your brand tone, logo, and payment instructions.
