Deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent. Before you proceed, make sure you've exported all data you need to keep.

⚠️

Note: Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data — invoices, transactions, reports, contacts — will be permanently erased. There is no recovery after deletion.

Before you delete

  • Export all your data from Settings → Data Export
  • Download all invoices you may need for tax purposes
  • Cancel any active subscription first
  • Inform your team members — their access will also end

How to delete your account

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone.

Click Delete Account.

Type your account email address to confirm.

Click Permanently Delete.

You'll receive a confirmation email. Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 24 hours.

Tip: Consider downgrading to our free tier instead of deleting — you keep access to view your historical data without paying anything.
